I had a trombone emergency today, it accidentally got kicked over while on a stand, and unfortunately got dented on the slide and on the tuning slide. I immediately called Empire and brought my horn in right away because I needed it for a rehearsal tonight and gigs all weekend! An hour later they called to tell me it was done. I cannot even behind to describe how grateful I am. I am so moved by their kindness and professionalism.
